Note: Please bring a yoga mat, 3 cushions/yoga blocks and a warm throw/blanket for cool nights. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Eat only a light meal before yoga.

The calendars are periodically updated. Please enquire for future dates if they do not appear. The classes generally correspond with school term times, though we try not to have more than two to four weeks break between classes.
